Young talents will make a step to success, declaring themselves on the legendary scene of the city, enrich the knowledge base on free master classes, get acquainted with the history of the city on a sightseeing tour. For managers, the competition will be the best exam of the professional skills of their pupils. The contestants will be accommodated in one of the best hotels of the Golden Ring - "Suzdal Tourist Center", and free time will be able to visit unique fishing centers: Vladimir, Gus-Khrustalny, Yuriev-Polsky.

Venue

The international festival will be held with the support of "St. Petersburg Academy of Postgraduate Education" and the Elena Obraztsova International Academy of Music. 

OBJECTIVES AND TASKS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MUSIC AND ARTS
Preservation and development of the Russian Federation and foreign countries multinational culture traditions; The identification and full support of the most talented and promising children and young people in the field of the arts; Attracting Orphanages, children with disabilities to the creativity of pupils; Experience exchange between collectives, mentors and teachers, support of permanent creative contacts between them, their unification in the framework of the festival movement; Increase of professional skills of heads of collectives and teachers (holding seminars, round tables and master classes); Attracting attention from state, international, commercial and public organizations to the problems of creative teams and performers; Coverage of the creativity of children and youth in the media. Implementation of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On approval of the foundations of the state cultural policy" No. 808 of December 24, 2014.

NOMINATIONS
I. DANCE CREATIVITY
(solo, duets, small forms (3-7 persons), ensembles): classical dance (including excerpts from ballets), ballroom dance and sports ballroom dance, folk dance (ethnic, folk, characteristic), folk dance in modern processing, world nations dances, children's dance, variety dance (including step, disco, show group), dance theater, dance show, free plastic, modern (jazz, jazz-modern, contemporary, neoclassic), club dance (salsa, bachata, merengue, rueda, hustle, Argentine tango, etc.), street dance (break dance, hip-hop, house, popping, jazz funk, electric boogie, etc.), oriental belly dance (tribal, belly dance).
II. VOCAL CREATIVITY (solo, duets, trios, ensembles, choirs): academic, folk, pop, jazz, choral, show groups.
III. INSTRUMENTAL CREATIVITY (solo and duets on various instruments, ensembles, orchestras): classical, variety, folk, jazz, accompaniment, teacher-soloist.
IV. COMPETITION OF YOUNG COMPOSERS AND BARDS. Purpose: to get acquainted with new trends and ways in art, to identify new talented composers, poets, and to promote their creativity.
V. THEATRICAL CREATIVITY: miniature, an excerpt from a play, a musical, artistic reading, a conference, an actor's song, a puppet theater, a music theater, a fashion theater.
VI. CIRCUS ART. ORIGINAL GENRE: acrobatic etude, air-sports equilibration, cheerleading, majorettes and drummers, eccentric, etc.
VII. FINE ARTS: painting, graphics, photography.
VIII. EXHIBITION OF APPLIED ART: sculpture of small forms in the interior, academic sculpture, jewelry art, sculptural and jewelry techniques (metal-plastic, cut-through metal, diffusion, hand-forging, casting, chasing, bone carving), costume design, graphic design, cold and hot batik, free painting, heel and print, tapestry, remix creativity, collage, quilt, art felt, textile doll, hand-made paper, linocut, lithography, woodcut, etching, incisal engraving, etc.
IX. COMPETITION IN COSTUME: historical costume, national costume, theatrical costume, stage costume, model.
X. DEBUT. The first performance on the stage. A creative performance for any of the above categories is presented. Children are allowed to participate for 4-8 years.

AGE CATEGORIES
Up to 8 years; From 9 to 10 years; From 11 to 12 years; From 13 to 15 years; From 16 to 18; Over 18; Mixed group.

In the team of each age category, no more than 30% of participants younger or older than the specified age range are allowed. For example, in a team declared in the age category of 9-10 years, up to 30% of the composition may be less than 9 years old or over 10 years old.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT
Participants of all nominations can perform competitive works with live music or have audio tracks on a USB flash or CD in the audio format (WAV / WAVE or MP3), signed as follows: track title, collective or soloist's name (for example: " Russian Dance ", ensemble "Kalinka"). On the USB or CD-ROM there should be no other files, except the competitive program. The organizing committee has the right to place festival photo and video materials of collectives in the Internet and use them in advertising products without coordination with the collective or individual performer.

PROGRAM OF PERFORMANCE
Each team-participant of the festival presents a program of performances consisting of one or two diverse works with a total duration of up to 8 minutes. In the nomination "Theater Creativity" the collectives represent an excerpt from the play with a total duration of up to 10 minutes. The time of the performance can be extended to 15 minutes (with preliminary coordination with the organizing committee of the festival and the availability of a time reserve on the competition site). Soloists and duets of nominations "Variety Vocal", "Dance Creativity" and "Artistic Word" represent one work with a total duration of up to 5 minutes. The competitive performance of participants of the nomination "Conference" consists of two outputs (all necessary information for preparation will be sent by the organizing committee of the festival). Soloists and duets of the nomination "Instrumental Creativity", "Academic Vocal", "Folk Vocal", "Competition of Young Composers and Bards" represent one or two diverse works with a total duration of up to 7 minutes. The duration of the show in the nomination "Costume Competition" is 2 minutes. Participants in the "Debut" nomination must show one creative performance with a total duration of up to 3 minutes. In the nomination "Fine Art" and "Exhibition of Applied Arts", participation is organized in the format of an exhibition that takes place during the festival. Within the framework of one participation, two to four works of a size of 50x70 cm (for arts and crafts - grounds) or less can be submitted.

In case of non-observance of these requirements and timing, the jury has the right to remove the team (soloist) from participating in the festival.

JURY
The jury headed by the chairman is formed and approved by the organizing committee of the competition-festival of famous artists, teachers of creative universities, directors, leaders of creative teams, cultural figures and artists. The jury is not disclosed until the start of the competition-festival. At the end of the contest-festival participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss with the jury the contest performances and exchange opinions.

CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING PERFORMANCES AND AWARDING WINNERS
Competitive performances of participants are evaluated according to generally accepted criteria: technical mastery (according to nomination and age), artistry, complexity of repertoire, creation of artistic image, etc. 

PRIZES AND AWARDS
All collectives, participants in the festival competition, and soloists are awarded memorable cups and diplomas. In each nomination and age category, the titles of Laureate I, II, III degrees, as well as the titles of Diplomant I, II III degrees are conferred. Soloists, holders of the Grand Prix, are awarded a free trip to one of the contest-festivals in Europe or Russia; Collectives, owners of the Grand Prix, receive a certificate approved by the certificate, which can be used to travel to one of the festival-competitions in Europe or in Russia. The amount of the grant is used at a time, solely for payment not more than 50% of the cost of the trip. Special diplomas and titles were also established: "Best choreographer", "Best accompanist", "Diploma for Artistry", "Diploma for the youngest participant", "Best teacher", "For the preservation of national cultural traditions".

Performances of participants will be held on the stage of the Concert Hall "Suzdal Tourist Center"

The Concert Hall is located on the territory of the hotel complex "Suzdal Tourist Center" and is ideal for holding the contest-festival "Golden Legend". The area of the premises is more than 500 m2, in the presence of a spacious and comfortable scene. The hall is a favorite place for performances of Russian pop stars, as well as concerts of classical music, so it is equipped with everything necessary for performances at the highest level.

Master-classes

IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FESTIVALparticipants can take part and improve their skills at master classes from professional teachers in various creative disciplines, gain theoretical knowledge and practical advice from experienced art masters. 

Note:

- participation in master classes for contestants is free,
- the visit is strictly by appointment,
- at the end of the master class, a certificate of his passing is issued,
- all information received in the master class can be used in further creative activity. 

Master class in folk dance

During the master class, the contestants will get acquainted with the rich heritage of their native country, learn the peculiarities of the ethnic warehouse of the primordial-Russian culture. Participants will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Russian folk dance, learn the professional "tricks", which will be a significant contribution to the knowledge base of young dancers.

Master class on variety vocal

On the master class on vocals, young artists will learn the subtleties of the variety manner of sound production and the peculiarities of variety stylistics. Within the framework of the lesson, the basic principles of the pop production will be discussed. In a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, under the guidance of a professional performer, singers and singers will be able to better understand themselves, their voice and find original vocal solutions for the development of their musical career. 

Master class on contemporary dance

Practical lesson on modern dance will be an excellent addition to the already existing choreographic base of the artist. In modern dance it is extremely important to be aware of the latest trends and actual dance trends. Visiting the master class on contemporary choreography, young dancers will be able not only to adopt the rich experience of a professional, but to bring fresh solutions to their own dance aesthetics.

Master-class on arts and crafts

The variety of modern techniques of decorative and applied art allows the young creator to choose a direction appropriate to his creative interests. Cognition of contemporary arts and crafts expands the horizon of the child and creates fertile soil for the development of creative abilities, imagination, the ability to think outside the box and generate ideas.

Master class on instrumental creativity

Take the opportunity to enrich your professional experience by interacting with brilliant instrumentalists of Russia and abroad. The master class will deal with the following topics: the development of musical abilities in different periods of study, the interpretation of musical works, musical training, as a way of developing common abilities and other topics relevant to instrumentalists. Within the framework of the master class, individual consultations on the repertoire and technique of execution are possible. *

Master class on acting

An artist in any genre must know how to properly present themselves on the stage. At the master class on acting skills, participants will receive valuable recommendations on the emancipation and the development of confidence during the performance. Contestants will be given modern material on theatrical plastic and speech, the technique of inclusion in the role and methods of interpreting the character.

The organizational fee includes participation in the competition and master classes, accommodation in the hotel complex "Suzdal Tourist Center" (settling of participants 26.10 from 14.00, departure from the hotel 28.10 to 12.00) in comfortable rooms with all amenities, breakfasts in the complex - two days) transfer from the bus station in Suzdal, a sightseeing tour of Suzdal with visits to major attractions, discos and entertainment for children. "Suzdal Tourist Center" is one of the largest among the hotel complexes of the Golden Ring. Since 1977 the hotel, the construction of which was timed to coincide with the Olympics'80, provides rooms to both Russian and foreign guests, guaranteeing a high level of service. The hotel offers its guests comfortable rooms with all amenities for a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy bowling, tennis, cafes and restaurants. Over more than 35 years of history, the Suzdal Tourist Center has established itself as one of the best hotels in the Golden Ring of Russia, and has also managed to become a film set several times. When submitting an application for the festival, each team, as well as each age group, must submit a surname list of the composition of the team / age group, indicating the exact age of each participant at the time of the performance.

Application

FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION-FESTIVAL it is necessary to send an application about the team (soloist) till October,11, 2018 (You can see the sample application on the website or receive by fax) and pay the registration fee.

In the application it is necessary to specify: the full name of the collective (soloist); nomination; the institution in which the collective is based, its postal address (with the index), tel./fax; date of creation of the collective, honorary title, awards; number of participants and their age; Competition program: title, author, timekeeping, phonogram carrier, technical means; Full name of the head of the team, contact phone numbers. For visitors: the need for additional meals or excursions and information about the time of arrival.

IMPORTANT! According to the Russian Government Resolution No. 1177 of December 17, 2013 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Organized Transport of a Group of Children by Bus" (as amended by RF Government Decrees No. 579 of June 23, 2014, No. 652 of June 30, 2015, No. 569 of 22.06.2016), the time limits for submitting information for the organization of transfers and a sightseeing tour are limited.

Applications for the transfer and sightseeing tour are accepted no later than 3 weeks before the start of the festival. Groups that did not have time to apply before this deadline will be refunded money for organizing transfers and a sightseeing tour.

For the organization of the transfer and sightseeing tour it is necessary to send to the transport and excursion department to the address triumph_2@triumph-org.ru the exact data of arrival and departure for the festival, a filled table with the data of visitors and an indication of who will sit on the bus with whom.

Later, than 3 weeks before the start of the festivals, changes in the arrival-departure data, lists for transfers and excursions, transport layout of the participants is impossible. Responsibility for the reliability and timeliness of the provision of these data rests with the persons who provided these data on behalf of the participants. Excursional program

The bus and walking tour includes an inspection of the city, during which the participants of the festival will see with their own eyes the main sights of the ancient Russian town: the Suzdal Kremlin complex with the Christmas Cathedral, the Bishops' Chambers and a whole complex of ancient churches. The program will also include a visit to the Spaso-Evfimiev Monastery, founded in the 14th century as a fortress designed to protect the city from enemies, which, along with the Kremlin, is on the list of white-stone monuments of Suzdal and Vladimir under the protection of UNESCO.

Additional excursions (paid separately):

1) Sightseeing tour to Vladimir. You will be able to see the 12th-century white stone monuments listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List - the Golden Gate, the Dmitrievsky Cathedral, the Assumption Cathedral. You can visit the "Babushi-Yagushi"

2) Goose-crystal. You will visit the Crystal Museum, which is located in the majestic architectural monument of the late XIX - early XX centuries - St. George's Cathedral.
